As a critical thinker, the role is available for an immediate start to the right detail-oriented individual who will complement our company culture. In this fast-paced, competitive industry, the Estimator plays an integral part in our organisation and understanding customer specifications.

• Assisting sales team to create proposals and tenders
• Monitoring and tracking project costs
• Proposing final budgets for projects to ensure efficient allocation of costs and budgets
• Presenting findings and analysis to executive management
• Working with suppliers and clients to understand requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in the construction industry
• Relevant educational degree, preferably in mathematics
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
• Solid communication skills
• Understanding of relevant codes of practice
